OUR SIGNATURE PRELIMINARY INSPECTION PROCESS

A trained and experienced Solar Airflow technician will be dispatched to your property to perform a preliminary inspection in order to locate any sources of moisture as well as areas where there’s concentration of condensation or humidity throughout your attic and/or crawlspace. The instruments, devices and technologies used on every inspection are state-of-the-art to ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction. The inspection protocol is as follows:

The technician will use an Infrared Thermography Imaging camera to locate elevated moisture levels throughout your attic/crawlspace.

A Laser Thermometer will then be used throughout your attic/crawlspace to identify hot and cold spots that could be contributing to elevated humidity levels in the property.
A Psychrometer will be used within the premises to measure humidity levels throughout your attic/crawlspace.
The technician will then utilize a Digital Moisture Meter to locate elevated moisture levels and condensation.
For hard to reach areas in your attic/crawlspace, an LED Fiber Optic Snake Camera will be utilized to further access potential problem areas.
Once the inspection is finalized, our Solar Airflow technician will provide you will his findings on-site and explain his recommendations.
An estimated cost will then be provided to the client with customized installation recommendations for your property.
